This month, an article by Marta Bucholc, Iskra de Vries and Bartek Cyran, as well as a book chapter by Nikoletta Pikramenou and Bartek Cyran were published!
First, an article entitled “Abortion Lawfare and the Margin of Appreciation in the ECtHR Jurisprudence on Poland” by Marta Bucholc, Iskra de Vries and Bartek Cyran which was just published in Feminist Legal Studies, and is now available in open access here: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s10691-025-09596-x.
The chapter authored by Nikoletta and Bartek is entitled “Sex-selective abortions against intersex fetuses in Europe: legal, social and ethical considerations” and is a part of a book edited by Peter Van Berg, Roxani Fragou and Vincent Tassenaar.
